DMCA Policy
"5'9 In Cm" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the "5'9 In Cm" site or service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on "5'9 In Cm" was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective under the DMCA, a Counter Notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: And the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: That the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Subscriber's name, address, and telephone number: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Subscriber's physical or electronic signature.
